Our standard system of drywall installation and finishing consists of a glued and screwed system of ½ and ⅝ grade gypsum panels. We will always comply with local codes and ordinances and sometimes exceed them. After the installation is complete we will prep the drywall for taping and finishing. Once complete, we will finish with a three coat system on all interior, exterior corners, seams and screws. All ceilings are primed before being textured. All drywall surface will be complete and free from blemishes and ready for a drywall sealer. If a Level 5 is required or chosen, an entire coat of drywall compound will be applied over all areas specified. This ensures that all areas reach a Level 5 finish. This is the highest standard of finish that is achieved in the drywall industry. Although no contractor can prevent all issues that come with new construction or remodels, we feel that we have perfected a system that will limit the amount of problems and call backs you may have. Considering the weather conditions that your new home may be subjected to during construction, we offer commercial grade dehumidification to bring your house to an acceptable level before and during the drywall process. From screw pops to flashing of seams, we are confident that with moisture control and how we prep, you will not find anyone in our area to do a better job for you.
